DIGA has an active Innovation Lab/Hub where different tech experts and visionaries come together to work on innovative ideas and propose digital solutions that can help the work of HRDs. DIGA Members works hard to navigate the fast\-paced technical landscape by providing expertise, relevant and trusted information, and a place to share their knowledge and experience. DIGA Innovation initiative members also partners with other tech experts and consultancies so as to work together when extra knowledge and skills are on demand to make the outcome successful.
The DIGA members includes:
- Technical assembly
Our most senior body in the decision\-making process, to discuss strategic themes in technology and innovation.
- Technical committee
Responsible for managing the DIGA\'s technical activities. The Technical committee oversees the development of the proposal, innovation ideas pitching and approves the creation of strategic programmes.
- Technical liaison officers
Nominated by members at the technical assembly to act as a focal point for technical activities within DIGA.
- Technology & Innovation team
DIGA\'s technology & innovation team is responsible for putting the approved projects\' Work plans into action. It is the operational level team of DIGA innovation programmes and consists of tech experts who develop the solutions so as to help to accelerate technology innovation, delivering superior expertise and at the end coming with the best and quality final product for digital solutions that can help the work of HRDs.
